The Well Church is led by Martin Bull & James Farrer.

Martin Bull is an elder, he leads the leadership team and works full time for the church. He is married to Linda and they have three children, Nathan, Eleanor and Isaac. Martin and Linda moved in Loughborough in late 2000 after God spoke to them about supporting a church plant in the Midlands. Martin began leading the church in January 2007.

James is an elder, and is married to Amy, they’ve lived in Loughborough since 2001. James is part of the preaching team and alongside Amy lead a community group, & run marriage prep classes.

Leadership team

The leadership team also includes, Tim Aston, Chris Collins and Tom Gooding. The Leadership team are supported by a much wider group of leaders who have responsibility for particular areas of church life.

Tim leads our worship team.

Tom is married to Hannah, and together they lead our student work.

Chris is married to Rachel Chris leads worship, Rachel leads the ‘livewire’s, kids work team.

Staff and Interns

Paul Cox works part time as church co-coordinator and part time as a freelance AV technician.

Olly Barker is doing a ‘FP-Impact’ year of training, discipleship and working for the church.

Trustees

The Well church is a registered charity (no. 1109526) and has a team of Trustees, Martin Bull, Tim Aston, Chris Collins, and JP Janse van Rensburg, who are responsible for financial legal and health and safety matters.
