The Well Church Loughborough is a community of people of all ages and backgrounds who together have found that knowing Jesus can satisfy and change them.

The Well Church meet on Sunday mornings at 10.30am. Ordinarily we meet at Charnwood College, but are currently meeting online instead, apart from a watch-along group for new students meeting at the Hut on Ashby Road.

You can join us via our Facebook page or Youtube channel on a Sunday.

In order to welcome new students to Loughborough we’re hosting watch-alongs of the service at the Hut, a small community hall near the Uni campus. If you’d like to meet a handful of the church in person we’d love to invite you to a watchalong!

There will be someone from the team at Cayley Gate at 9.50am on Sunday to walk you over to the Hut. You can also get in touch with Twiggy, Michaela and the rest of the student team who’d love to meet you and welcome you on behalf of the whole church.

Worship: We give plenty of time to worshipping God, celebrating what He has done for us and giving him our praise. We encourage people to participate in our meetings, bringing words or pictures from God by posting on our Facebook comments during our streamed service. Don’t worry though, there is no pressure to contribute, our guests are very welcome to just enjoy the atmosphere.

Preaching: We believe that the bible is the word of God and is relevant for today, so we have teaching each week and make space to pray and respond.

Refreshments and Community: Since we used to start with tea, coffee and conversation, we try to continue that community by chatting over Zoom after the Sunday service in small groups. If you’d like to join in and meet some friendly faces, drop us an email!

Under 18s

Children and families are a valuable part of The Well Church. We want church to be engaging for the whole family so we begin our Sunday meetings with worship all together.

0-11s: ‘LittleSparks’ and ‘LiveWires’ groups for pre-school and primary school-aged children involve: teaching, fun, games, crafts and worship; helping them to develop their own faith in God. Each week we produce new videos and worksheets for each group which can be found in the Resources section of the website.

11-18s: The youth also have their own group, for teaching and discipleship, allowing them to develop their individual relationships with God. They have a regular Sunday night ‘Lounge’ meeting to socialise online, pray for their friends and organise outreach events.
