Easter Events with The Well Church

Come and celebrate Easter with The Well Church! We’d love for you to join us.

Easter Kids Club • 18th April • 10am – 12noon • The Hut • Primary school-aged children are invited to join us for games, singing, crafts and stories from the Bible as we discover the meaning of Easter and uncover the incredible news about Jesus! We’re going to host your children at the Ashby Road Community Centre and have some fun as we celebrate Easter. Collect at 12pm and enjoy a hot dog with us and your family. Sign up here.

Good Friday Reflection • 18th April • 7:30pm – 8:30pm • The Hut • You are invited to join us for a Good Friday Service, with time for prayer and thanksgiving. We will focus on Jesus and his sacrifice for us on the cross.

Easter Sunday Hat Parade & Outdoor Service • 20th April • 11am – 12:30pm • The Hut • To celebrate Easter, come along to have fun making Easter Hats (all materials provided) in conjunction with the Ashby Road Estates Community Association, followed by an Outdoor Easter Service. There will also be delicious hot cross buns, drinks, Easter eggs and prizes to be won! *Children must be accompanied by an adult.*

FAQs

Will there be parking available?

Parking is available for all events. The Hut is on Old Ashby Road, Loughborough, LE11 4PG and there is plenty of car parking available – ///rescue.leaps.pardon will bring you right to the door! Look out for the friendly faces in blue t-shirts and hi-vis to direct you to the entrance.

Will there be refreshments available?

Yes! Please stay after the Kids Club for a hot dog and after the Easter Sunday Service for free Easter refreshments. We will have gluten free alternatives available.

Please note, at the Good Friday Reflection, refreshments won’t be provided.

Do I need to book a ticket and how much will these cost?

All the events are free to attend, so please do join us!

I’d like to invite some guests, how is best to do so?

Anyone is very welcome to join us for our Easter events, and the best way to invite someone is to ask them face to face. Make sure to follow us on social media (@wellchurchloughborough) for more information and for some shareable posts. We also have printed fliers available, which you can collect from our Welcome Stand at our Sunday meetings.
